Hennie Ng
BScH, MPT

Hennie is a dedicated women’s health advocate, educator and coach. As a licensed physical therapist in BC, Canada, she specializes in pelvic floor health, postpartum recovery and post-surgical rehabilitation. Having navigated through postpartum exhaustion, persistent pain, and pelvic floor challenges, she has personally experienced the transformative power of self-awareness, proactive interventions and a comprehensive approach to healing that goes beyond symptom management.
Hennie began her career as a physical therapist in 2010, working in a private clinic in Vancouver where she provided care for individuals with chronic pain, overuse injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. She advanced her clinical expertise at Richmond Hospital, where she served in diverse settings including acute care, residential care, palliative care, and community health. This breadth of experience laid a strong foundation for her holistic and compassionate approach to patient care.
Hennie is certified in acupuncture with Acupuncture Canada and is also a Gokavi Transverse Technique (GTT) advanced dry needling practitioner. She then completed her pelvic floor therapy training at BC Women’s Hospital in 2013. Committed to deepening her expertise in Women’s Health, she pursued further development in Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Relief Therapy, Women’s Cancer Rehabilitation, and has integrated Arvigo® Abdominal Therapy into her pelvic health practice.
Hennie speaks fluent Cantonese and conversational Mandarin. She looks forward to serving you at Lee’s Physiotherapy Clinic.
Michael Lam
B.Kin
Kinesiology / Athletic Therapy
Michael graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors’s Degree in Kinesiology and is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. He also has a Diploma in Sports Science.
Michael has a passion for helping others return to their pre-injury lifestyle. Michael is experienced in rehabilitating clients with motor vehicle accident sustained injuries. He also has experience with Gradual Return to Work Program and Personal Training. Outside of work, he enjoys participating in many different sports, playing video games, and travelling.
Michael is fluent in Cantonese and also able to speak basic Mandarin.
Min Tai James Zeng

Kinesiology / Athletic Therapy
James graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is a registered kinesiologist under the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. James gained valuable experience and knowledge in injury management and pain relief through working and assisting physiotherapists in different clinics in Vancouver. James’s perspective of rehab is to combine both passive rehab techniques and active rehab exercise programs to help patients to recover their range of motion and muscle strength while reducing pain levels. He is also experienced with ICBC and WorkSafe patients.
Growing up, James participated in many sports such as Martial Arts, Lifeguarding in swimming, and basketball. James is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Peter Yi Li

Peter received Arts & Science and Kinesiology Diplomas from Langara College before attending University of British Columbia to acquire a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
Peter’s main interest is in orthopedics, but also has experience with neurological and cardiorespiratory clients/patients in multiple different rehab settings including outpatient, acute, and community populations.
Peter believes in treatment and empowering clients through exercise therapy, manual therapy, and education in addition to other therapeutic techniques to manage different conditions. Peter has an extensive strengthening and conditioning background both working with athletes and participating in multiple athletics himself.
During off time, Peter enjoys strength training at the gym, ice hockey, cycling, snowboarding, and jogging.
Peter is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Richard Tansley
RMT
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)
Richard graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. It is an internationally recognized school delivering the highest quality education in this medical profession. He believes proper initial patient assessment is critical in providing the best path to patient rehabilitation. Bringing a patient back to enjoying activities of daily living, meeting occupational demands or achieving athletic endeavours.
Being a member of good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of British Columbia, Richard uses his medical knowledge and various massage skills such as neuromuscular techniques, trigger point release and joint mobilizations to treat his patients. The intent is to help patients recover and/or optimize their performance. Education in self care is also provided that includes optimal posture, hydrotherapy, targeted stretching and specific muscle strengthening.
When not helping others, Richard enjoys photography, biking, skiing, helping coach kids soccer and time with Family.
Tony Hui

Tony Hui is a Registered Physical Therapist at Lee’s Physiotherapy.
Tony graduated with a first honours Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Hong Kong in 2002. Having an interest in treating overuse injuries and acute trauma, he completed a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine & Health Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2017.
For the last 24 years, Tony served his clients in outpatient orthopedic settings, utilizing therapeutic interventions conceptualized from Australia, Canada, China, UK and US. Intrigued by how everyday life can set the body control “off balance”, he developed interest in diagnosing the root cause, communicating treatment options with clients, and averting the imbalance with various strategies. One of his avenues of choice is Clinical Pilates, where core body control is addressed with priority, such that remaining kinetic issues are often self-corrected to a surprising degree.
Tony speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. When it comes to rehabilitation, he leads by example, living an active lifestyle and always finding new pathways to health promotion. If you don’t see him treating clients at the clinic, you’ll find him hiking, biking, windsurfing, and playing tennis in your neighborhood. Tony is also certified in PADI Advanced Open Water Scuba Diving.
Wendy Lee

Wendy immigrated to Canada from Hong Kong in 1983. She studied biological science at Simon Fraser University before pursuing physiotherapy at the University of British Columbia, where she graduated from in 1991.
Wendy has worked at a number of hospitals and private practice clinics. She enjoys orthopaedics the most and in recent years, has taken up interest in the area of persistent pain. It is one of the most challenging areas for healthcare professionals and one in which Wendy strives to achieve better patient outcomes. She has completed a host of post-graduate courses, including Chan Gunn IMS and certification courses with the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute. Wendy is a Pain Truth Certified health care provider.
Besides clinical competence, Wendy is known for her caring attitude, persistence to improving patient care and excellent professional ethics.
Wendy is fluent in English, Cantonese and functional in Mandarin.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys sports activities such as hiking, playing squash, swimming and cycling. She loves travelling and her most memorable trip was trekking in the Nepalese Himalayas. Wendy enjoys sharing good food and wine with friends and family. She is also a dog lover and looks forward to the company of two or more of these furry friends when the time is right.
