Registered Physical Therapist
Hennie works hard to provide comprehensive and evidence-based physical therapy services to her patients. She completed her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario after finishing her Bachelor in Science degree with Honours at the University of British Columbia.
In 2010, Hennie started working as a physiotherapist in a private clinic where she served patients with neck and back pain, arthritis, myofascial pain, overuse injuries, joint replacement surgeries, etc. In 2013, she focused her practice in Richmond Hospital, where she served in acute care, long-term care, community homes, and palliative care.
She was trained as a pelvic floor physiotherapist at BC Women’s Hospital and Health Centre in 2013. She further advanced her knowledge in Women’s Health over the years.
Hennie is currently offering Women’s Physiotherapy services at Lee’s Physiotherapy Clinic in addition to her orthopedic practice. Women’s Physiotherapy services include Pre/Postnatal Pelvic Health, EMG Biofeedback Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Diastasis Recti, Cancer Rehab, Breast Cancer Rehab, Lymphedema Management, Pre/post-surgical and Chronic Pain Management.
