Wendy Lee BScPT, CGIMS
Registered Physical Therapist
Wendy immigrated to Canada from Hong Kong in 1983. She studied biological science at Simon Fraser University before pursuing physiotherapy at the University of British Columbia, where she graduated from in 1991.
Wendy has worked at a number of hospitals and private practice clinics. She enjoys orthopaedics the most and in recent years, has taken up interest in the area of persistent pain. It is one of the most challenging areas for healthcare professionals and one in which Wendy strives to achieve better patient outcomes. She has completed a host of post-graduate courses, including Chan Gunn IMS and certification courses with the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute. Wendy is a Pain Truth Certified health care provider.
Besides clinical competence, Wendy is known for her caring attitude, persistence to improving patient care and excellent professional ethics.
Wendy is fluent in English, Cantonese and functional in Mandarin.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys sports activities such as hiking, playing squash, swimming and cycling. She loves travelling and her most memorable trip was trekking in the Nepalese Himalayas. Wendy enjoys sharing good food and wine with friends and family. She is also a dog lover and looks forward to the company of two or more of these furry friends when the time is right.

May Shiu
Customer Service Manager
May immigrated from Hong Kong over 20 years ago and has been a proud Vancouverite since. She enjoys the beauty and diversity that the city offers, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of its inhabitants.
May has extensive experience in customer service, ranging from the retail to hospitality industries. Her friendly, caring and giving nature, combined with her conscientiousness have made her a valuable team member in all her previous positions. She strives to continue providing top quality service to clients at our clinic.
In her spare time, May enjoys travelling, appreciating nature, swimming, gym workouts and cooking. She is also an avid dog lover.

Tony Hui
Registered Physical Therapist
Tony Hui is a Registered Physical Therapist at Lee’s Physiotherapy.
Tony graduated with a first honours Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Hong Kong in 2002. Having an interest in treating overuse injuries and acute trauma, he completed a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine & Health Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2017.
For the last 16 years, Tony served his clients in outpatient orthopedic settings, utilizing therapeutic interventions conceptualized from Australia, Canada, China, UK and US. Intrigued by how everyday life can set the body control “off balance”, he developed interest in diagnosing the root cause, communicating treatment options with clients, and averting the imbalance with various strategies. One of his avenues of choice is Clinical Pilates, where core body control is addressed with priority, such that remaining kinetic issues are often self-corrected to a surprising degree.
Tony speaks fluent English and Cantonese; also functional in Mandarin. When it comes to rehabilitation, he leads by example, living an active lifestyle and always finding new pathways to health promotion. If you don’t see him treating clients at the clinic, you’ll find him hiking, biking, windsurfing, and playing tennis in your neighbourhood. Tony is also certified in PADI Advanced Open Water Scuba Diving.

Hennie Ng
Registered Physical Therapist
Hennie works hard to provide comprehensive and evidence-based physical therapy for her patients. She completed her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) at the University of Western Ontario (UWO), after finishing her Bachelor’s degree with Honours (BScH) at the University of British Columbia (UBC).
In 2010, Hennie started working as a physical therapist in a private clinic locally in Vancouver, where she served patients with neck and back conditions, arthritis, chronic myofascial pain syndrome, motor-vehicle accident injuries, overuse injuries, pre and post surgeries, and more. She then focused her clinical practice in Richmond Hospital, where she served in acute care, residential care, palliative care and community homes.
Hennie received her certification in acupuncture with Acupuncture Canada in 2011, and she is also a certified GTT practitioner (Gokavi Transverse Advanced Dry Needling Techniques). She was trained as a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at BC Women’s Hospital and Health Centre in 2013. Over the years, Hennie further advanced her knowledge and skills in Women’s Health Physiotherapy. She obtained her Women’s Cancer Rehab certification in her recent years of practice and continued to pursue ongoing development in Women’s Health Physiotherapy.
Hennie is proud to offer Women’s Health Physiotherapy services at Lee’s Physiotherapy Clinic in addition to her Orthopaedic practice. Women’s Health Physiotherapy services include Pre/Postnatal Pelvic Health, EMG Biofeedback Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Pelvic Pain, Diastasis Recti Abdominis, Cancer Rehab, Breast Cancer Rehab & Lymphedema Management, Pre/Post Surgical and Chronic Pain Management.

Richard Tansley
Registered Massage Therapist
Richard graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. It is an internationally recognized school delivering the highest quality education in this medical profession. He believes proper initial patient assessment is critical in providing the best path to patient rehabilitation. Bringing a patient back to enjoying activities of daily living, meeting occupational demands or achieving athletic endeavours.
Being a member of good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of British Columbia, Richard uses his medical knowledge and various massage skills such as neuromuscular techniques, trigger point release and joint mobilizations to treat his patients. The intent is to help patients recover and/or optimize their performance. Education in self care is also provided that includes optimal posture, hydrotherapy, targeted stretching and specific muscle strengthening.
When not helping others, Richard enjoys photography, biking, skiing, helping coach kids soccer and time with Family.

Pasquale Fiore
Osteopath Manual Practitioner
Pasquale Fiore graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario as a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner (DOMP), he completed is doctoral studies in manual osteopathy (D.O.) at the National University of Medical Sciences in Madrid, Spain. He is a Certified Personal Training Specialist (PTS) from Montreal, Quebec. Working in health care for the last 12 years in British Columbia and for 13 years in Quebec, he understands the importance of caring, is passionate about personal health and fitness, and he provides quality care to clients who are coming to the clinic with neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain and soft tissues injury. Pasquale has been working the last 25 years in health care with various experiences in hospitals, community health and teaching adult education.
His personal experience going through a whiplash recovery has allowed him to learn more about how osteopathy and laser therapy can help clients with muscle injuries.
Pasquale brings in his osteopathic session a complementary approach by introducing in his treatments some Shiatsu massage, Swedish massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Reiki. He will take the time to listen to your concerns and properly assess your needs. Your session will focus on assessment, gentle manipulation treatment that will restore optimal functioning to bones, muscles, fascia, nerves and organs. Once balance has been achieved you will feel relieved from your symptoms and energized.
Pasquale enjoys providing education on ergonomics, posture, exercises promotion and rehabilitation. He is compassionate to help his clients recovery in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Michael Lam
Registered Kinesiologist
Michael graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors’s Degree in Kinesiology and is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. He also has a Diploma in Sports Science.
Michael has a passion for helping others return to their pre-injury lifestyle. Michael is experienced in rehabilitating clients with motor vehicle accident sustained injuries. He also has experience with Gradual Return to Work Program and Personal Training. Outside of work, he enjoys participating in many different sports, playing video games, and travelling.
Michael is fluent in Cantonese and also able to speak basic Mandarin.
